Just found out the planned U2 Tower is going to be built by 2011. I have to say it looks pretty slick but real? I mean why is the computer generate image at night. Does it block out the sun? Does it produce its own ozone layer. It leads me to think that it maybe a repeat of the Ballymun fiasco years ago.

Just found out the planned U2 Tower is going to be built by 2011. I have to say it looks pretty slick but real? I mean why is the computer generate image at night. Does it block out the sun?
